Default Rules/Actions question for specific situation in Outlook 2007

Hello,

I'm trying to make sure that certain e-mails I send are sent through a
specific non-default account. I sometimes forget to manually set the account
I'm sending from, and wish to make sure I catch my mistakes in certain cases.

What I can do so far is set up a rule to check all e-mails from my default
send account for a couple of words (this works for me, I can manually deal
with superfluous e-mails being caught in the rule based on words), and if any
of them are found, send a copy to my Drafts folder and delay sending by 120
minutes (the max allowed).

Instead of copying to the Drafts folder, I would rather just move it. Is
there a way to do this without needing to create a custom action in VBA? Then
I could ditch the delay and not worry about certain mail being sent if I
don't notice it in time.

I can fiddle with a simple VBA delete if needed, but adding a custom action
at first appears to be placed before moving the e-mail to the Drafts folder,
and leads me to believe either it's either going to have to be all in VBA or
none in VBA. That would be a little over my head, and would rather not ask
for such a thing, hence this isn't the the Outlook-VBA forum.

Thank you,

Vespasian
