saving out look address book

i want to upgrade to outlook 2007 and understand i have to save my emails in
..pst folder but how do i save my outlook address book?

There is no address book in Outlook. The PST file contains all your Outlook
data. Why did you think otherwise?

your email, contacts etc are allready saved in the pst file
