Is it possible to choose a distribution list and send to all but at the same
time make it look as they are individual recipients or do I just have to pick one by one and send separately? -- kinsey

No. What you are describing requires a mail merge to electronic mail. You

You can, but it's easier to start it from Outlook if you want to use your
Outlook Contacts.
