Default distribution lists

Is it possible to choose a distribution list and send to all but at the same
time make it
look as they are individual recipients or do I just have to pick one by one
and send separately?

No. What you are describing requires a mail merge to electronic mail. You

You can, but it's easier to start it from Outlook if you want to use your
Outlook Contacts. The Help files will tell you how to proceed.
