Default Outlook 2003 weird pop-up issue

When sending an email, or replying to one, Outlook automatically
maximizes and takes over any other windows. I have dual monitors so if
I am looking at an email on my right monitor and internet explorer is
open on my left, as soon as I hit the Send button, Outlook pops up and
becomes my active window over internet explorer or whatever was on
that screen. This is a corporate environment running Exchange 2003,
the Outlook profile has been rebuilt, machine reimaged and replaced
and no other users are having this issue with the same build. Ideas?

Check your setup for the dual monitors. This is not an Office issue but rather a hardware related one
