Default Signature disappears each time Outlook is restarted

Hello,

I have several users using Outlook 2003 and for a few, when they close
outlook, their signature is set back to none. This is not on a
terminal server, and it has SP3 with all the latest office hotfixes.
I've searched the web high and low for an answer to my issue, but have
yet to find one that fixes it. Any help that can be given would be
greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Evan
