Default How to copy (or move) Journals from one folder to another

Yesterday I had to rebuild my Outlook file, and I have a working version now
but all my journals are in a 2nd folder rather than in the main Journal one.
As I can't delete the empty main one, ideally I'd like to move the entrieds
from the second one to the main folder. Is this possible?

I tried exporting them to a pst file and importing them but either it didn't
work or I did it wrong.

Any help gratefully recieved

rdc

You did it wrong - NEVER use the import/export option to move native Outlook data.

Having already done so, you now have a corrupt profile. Create a new mail profile using Control Panel-Mail Icon-Profiles. Configure it to use your saved Outlook.pst file.

Milly, I don't understand.
Your advice was on the assumption that the information / file was corrupt.
IT IS NOT.
You said that I should not import / export, so how should I do it?

For those of you who didn't understand Milly's response, here is the
solution tat worked for me:-

Change the view of the journals to Entry List; Control A to select all,
Control C to copy them, click on the old folder you wish to restore them to
and Control V to paste them.... Bob is your uncle!!

I hope this helps someone else as I found no help on this on the web....
