Outlook Folders and Favorites 2003 sp2
Hi, please see attached pic.
1. When I delete any of the favorite folders listed, they re-appear again when restarting Outlook. How can I make them stay deleted ? 2. My folders lists 2 instances of "Personal Folders", they both contain the exact same folders etc....I would very much like only one of the two to display... Any help appreciated. Regards, Jorgen

your profile is corrupt - recreating it from scratch is the best way to fix

Ok,I will try the regedit or recreate it. (I have no "close"option so it is
