Default Outlook Folders and Favorites 2003 sp2

Hi, please see attached pic.

1. When I delete any of the favorite folders listed, they re-appear again
when restarting Outlook. How can I make them stay deleted ?

2. My folders lists 2 instances of "Personal Folders", they both contain the
exact same folders etc....I would very much like only one of the two to
display...

Any help appreciated.

Regards,
Jorgen

1 - Not sure

2 - Right click on the root of one instance and choose "Close"

your profile is corrupt - recreating it from scratch is the best way to fix
it, but you can try this: http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/ghosts.htm

Ok,I will try the regedit or recreate it. (I have no "close"option so it is
corrupt as you state)

Thank you very much for your prompt solution!

Regards,
Jorgen
