Duplicate Emails
 

Hi

I'm a new user of Outlook 2007 and I've installed it on my laptop. I set the
program to leave email on the server but I'm finding that the same emails get
downloaded every time I do a mail check. So that now I have dozens of copies
of the same mail!

Can anybody suggest a solution?

Or, should I try a complete removal and reinstall?

Do you have any AV email scanning enabled?
Uninstall/Reinstall rarely cures an OL problem

Good point, I have AVG installed but it was only set up with TheBat! plugin,
so I've reinstalled including the Outlook plugin, I'll give that a try.

Do NOT install any AV/firewall to integrate with Outlook - it is the main cause for the behavior you are seeing.
