Within OE Export mail
Within OL Import Addresses
NB Both OE & OL have to be on the same PC and OE configured with the msg

In Outlook, click FileImport and ExportImport Internet Mail Account
Settings. For the addresses, click FileImport and ExportImport Internet
Mail and Addresses. As DL says, though, don't import your mail. Export it
from OE instead. FileExportMessages.
