php forms to outlook
hello i would like to test php forms by sending them to outlook and without connecting to the internet. How do i set up ms outlook to accept emails via localhost and with out connecting to the internet? is this possible at all? thanks in advance and have a blessed day.

You'd need to run a local mail server.
