Default My appointments do not show up under the To Do column ...

In the To Do Bar I have two months calendar at the top and then it says No
Upcoming Appointments although there are lots in the calendar for the next
few days; beneath this are outstanding tasks. Under the To Do setting in
views I have set it to show 6 appointments.

Many thanks for your help.

This is a shot in the dark but:
- are the appointments set to be busy time
- are the appointments in your Calendar folder

busy is ok - are they set to specific times? If they are marked all day
events they will not be in the to do.

Diane, Thanks for your suggestion. The appointments are all for specific
times (not set to all day.) I really do need to be able to see the next few
appointments when on the "overview" page and this is a real pain. I know I
can easily switch to Calendar and then they are all visible ... any more
suggestions very welcom ... :-)

When I hit the Calendar button all the appointments show properly. It is just
in the "default" view (with the To Do column on the right) that what I have
is: at the top - two months calendar; then No Upcoming Appointments; then
outstanding tasks. I'm sure this is just something I have set incorrectly and
I am sorry to waste your time :-) Thanks very much for your continued help.

You can do either. It's completely up to you. Keep in mind, though, that
unless it's on the server, others won't be able to see your free/busy times.
If you decide to put your calendar on the server, don't copy the folder
itself. Open the calendar in the Personal Folders file, view it in a table
view, like By Category, select all the items with CTRL-A, and copy the
selection to the Calendar folder in the mailbox.
