Default Send to block senders list

This maybe a stupid question, but when I select "Send to Block Senders
List", what happens to this email.
Does it stay on the ISP's server? Is it received and deleted?

Thanks in advance!

Where do you see that option? What version of Outlook? I can't find it in
Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007. There's an "Add Sender to Blocked Sender's
List", but that's not what you said.

the addresses are added to a filter list (tools, options, junk email,
blocked senders list) and if mail arrives from that address outlook moves it
to junk email folder or deletes it, depending on your settings.
