Creating forms and merging with calendar
Hi Outlook Team,
In our firm we have several portable handheld devices that staff will want to loan to take home from time to time. I need to come up with a booking in / out system that could be used within the Public Folders so everyone can see and only relevant people can edit. How can i design a form so that the person booking out the device, fills in a few blank boxes including date booked out etc and fills in date returned when device is returned. I want the completed form to be placed inside the calendar on the relevant dates when it is booked out and returned etc.. Is there anyway this could be achieved? if so, please could you point me in the right direction. I have never used vbscipt or anything as such. If you know a better idea how i can manage my booking in / out using public folders, please state. Your help is appreciated Barrie |
