Need a rule to CC mail sent to non-domain address
Outlook 2000, 2003.
I am trying to make a rule that CCs only if the mail contains an outside address, i.e. outside of our domain. It would be nice if Outlook's rules had the same boolean support as Outlook Express, i.e. Apply the rule if message does NOT contain the words.... I can't seem to figure how to do it using Outlook. Make two rules. First rule ignores outgoing email destined for the LAN, and stops all processing. Second rule CCs accordingly. "CV" wrote in message . .. Outlook 2000, 2003.
