Default I have a "server failures" directory within "deleted items"

In office 2003 outlook I have somehow dragged or created this "server
failures" directory. It stops me from purging my deleted files and I am
unable to move or delete it.

All suggestions greatfully received

Try starting Outlook once with the /resetfolders comand switch. The Server
Failures folder is a product of connecting to Exchange and it's supposed to
be under the Sync Issues folder.

This recreated the synch issues directory but failed to move the "server
failures" directory from the Deleted folder.
Thanks for the suggestion though

Can you drag it from the Deleted Items back to the Sync Issues folder? Try
as well the /resetfoldernames command switch.
