How do I place photo in the body of my email, not as an attachment

I cannot place photo's in the body of my email. They can only attach on the
top, but i want to send email where someone opens it and sees a photo with my
explanation written around it.

If you have Word 2003 installed on your system, the easiest way to do
this is to change an option in outlook to use word as your default
email editor. That way, when composing an email, all you would need to
do is:
click "insert picture from file" just like you would in a word
document.

To change this option, go to your main outlook window, select Tools
Options Mail Format
Make sure "Compose in this message format:" is set to "HTML" and make
sure the box "Use Microsoft Word 2003 to edit email messages" is
selected.

With this option set, you will be able to insert a photo this way
everytime.

insert it in to html, rather than attaching it.
