forwarding emails

When I try to forward some html emails I get 'unspecified error'. This
happens in Microsoft outlook 2003 sp2. The same email I can forward fine in
Microsoft outlook 2003 sp1.

Try this: Start - Run - type in "regsvr32 ole32.dll" without the quotes.
Make sure Outlook (and other apps) is closed first.
