I need help!!! We just installed outlook 2003 and I have a hard time
reading some emails. This is all I can see when I open some emails. So
i dont know why some emails look okay and readable while others you
can read at all.. Sample below:

What you're seeing is the encoded message. Outlook didn't decode it for
some reason. That's usually a sign that the sender mail client didn't
format the message properly. Is this message coming from another Outlook?
