Default overdue warnings

Hello ,
Is it possible to disable the overdue warnings in outlook (2000,2003)
from items that are past?

Default overdue warnings

yes, but it is the same as marking them dismissed and applies to all
warnings until you re-enable it. Anything that came due during the time it's
disabled is automatically dismissed. In 2003 it's often better to select the
items in the reminder dialog (select one, page up or down while holding
Shift) and dismiss the older ones as a group.
