Question regarding switching from OE to Outlook 2003
By exporting from OE to OL
"AJS" wrote in message ... Hello, After using OE for a number of years I decided to switch to Outlook. The way I organized my mail in OE is such that when I replied to a message, I moved my reply to the "Inbox" folder so that I have my messages in chronological order. However, when I imported my mail into Outlook, the dates of the "received" column (of the messages I replied) changed to the date I imported the mail, and the little "reply" and "forward" arrows disappeared. How do I preserve the actual dates and the little "reply" and "forward" arrows? Thanks, AJS |

Question regarding switching from OE to Outlook 2003
Thanks, but the little "reply" and "forward" arrows are still exported.
Any other ideas? Question regarding switching from OE to Outlook 2003
Well not using OE I cannot comment on the reply/forward designations when
you export to OL IMO if you keep your replies/forwards in your OL Inbox it would seem to me as a method of causing confusion. Thought of creating other folders, as maybe subfolders of Inbox/Outbox to hold mail? "AJS" wrote in message ... Thanks, but the little "reply" and "forward" arrows are still exported.
