When I try to create a new appointment in Outlook 2003 (with all the latest
updates) on my Windows XP Home Edition SP2 (with all the latest updates) I
get the following message:

"The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator."

What now???????

I would probably look at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/839804 and work
through the Clearing the Form Cache section, notably Method 1 and Method 3.

I tried that. It didn't work.
I uninstalled Outlook 2003 and re-installed it. That didn't work, either.
In fact, now I can't even edit contacts!
