Default "Cannot turn off the reminder. You may be reminded again"

I get the error "Cannot turn off the reminder. You may be reminded
again" when I try to dismiss a calendar reminder. I have tried /
cleanreminders and /cleansniff, neither seem to have an effect.
Please help.

I am using exchange, outlook 2003, on xp

Craig,

Since you have already tried the command fixes have you also tried reloading
the profile and/or reinstalling office. Also make sure all updates have
been ran.

How does one go about reloading a profile? Is there any easy way to
do this? I am not inclined to reinstall office with all of the
complications involved, but will try that also.

Thanks
