Brian, you mean - right-click on the file outook.pst (or whatever the file name is) itself? There is no option to change password there under Advanced. I mean inside of Outlook. In the Folder List, right-click on "Personal Folders", "Outlook Today", or whatever you've set for the PST's display name. -- Brian Tillman |

Brian, no, it doesn't.
It's a total mess. When I change the original password, for instance, aaaaaaa to the new, bbbbbb, then when I want to change it again, the system wants me to type bbbbbb as an old password. However, when I open Outlook, it doesn't recognize bbbbbb, only aaaaaaa, no matter how many times I change it or remove completely. Thanks, Peter "Brian Tillman" wrote in message ... I've fixed the problem! This is really bizarre. Although I removed an old
..pst file from Outlook, for some reason Outlook was connecting to both files! All I had to do was to delete the old file from the disk (or perhaps move it to another location), now I don't have this problem. Thanks for your help, Peter "Brian Tillman" wrote in message ...
