Number of messages in Public Folder
 

Is there a way to have the number of messages in a public folder displayed
in the folder list, similar to the way Outlook displays the number of
messages (or new messages) in a folder? I would like to have a public
e-mail folder for our support personnel where all support e-mails will be
delivered. Then the person will move the e-mail from the public folder to
their own folders. However, unless you are looking at the public folder you
don't know if anything is in it.

Have the user add that folder to Public Folder/Favorites in order to get an unread count on that folder.
