Outlook 2003 address book
 

I just imported to a new computer
I had several address books: contact, biz, personal, prospects etc.

When I choose new email/ then press the TO button to choose address I now
only have contacts, before I could use drop down to select witch I wanted

When in outlook in the contact TAB I see all my old address books under
contacts, I can of course right click send email, but would prefer it like
it was before from the TO

Unclear post.
Importing is never the correct way to transfer Outlook data. State more
clearly what you actually did and why.
Outlook does not have or use "address books." It only uses Contacts Folders.
Clarify what you meant.
If you are lucky and managed to transfer your Outlook data despite having
imported, you simply need to enable each of your Contacts Folders as email
address book for them to appear in the Outlook Address Book view. If not,
then you will need to provide more accurate information. There is ample
information posted here and in the KB on the correct way to transfer Outlook
data. I'd suggest reading it.

I saved pst file from old computer
on new computer in outlook
file/import/export/import from another file/pst file
thats the only way I know how to import, if there a beter then I would like
to know?

In old computer I had several contact folders

You never import Outlook data. You aren't trying to convert it to some other
format. Next time, just open the PST file.
Did you do what I suggested? Enable each of your Contacts Folders as email
address books. There are lots of instructions already posted here on how to
configure your Outlook Address Book:

considering Outlook in full of "address books". I know where you are coming
from but question your approach to the answer.
