NurseJan,

My appointments appear to be off by 1 hour as well. My PocketPC will show
a
7am appointment, but it will be 8am on Outlook 2007.

Check your DST *SETTING* which, after an upgrade, may have changed. If you
need it on then turn it on.

Wait a minute...I take it all back. I'm still experiencing the 1 hour

Good point, Brian. I just installed the patch to my mobile device, and

I am Having similar problems. I have an HP ZV6000 and an IPAQ 2415.
Vista ultimate and Win Mobile 5, Outlook 2007, WMDC 6.
Laptop and IPAQ have synced succesfully several time, CONTACTS,
APPOINTMENTS, TASKS,ETC, but then ipaq is not recognized. It shows up as an
unkown device, and WMDC does not see it at all. Not to mention Bluetooth
sync. It has never started. If my 1GB SD card is in the Ipaq, or out same
result. This was ALL WORKING PERFECT UNDER XP PRO WITH ACTIVE SYNC, SD card,
CF card and all. Is there a fix for this or will I have to go back to XP?

Christian,
Tried new profile, tried different user, tried registry scrub and then
clean reinstall, deleted and reconnect PDA, None of these had any affect.
Enabled Log files per Chris De Herrera's info - they don't show any error
messages but I also admit I don't understand what they are reporting.

I am in contact with Level 4 Tech support at Microsoft (Research level?).
They've played with the machine via EasyAssist and said "we'll get back
to you, we don't know"

Problem appears to be an Outlook 2007 issue since WMDC does work for
Files and for Pocket Quicken

Hi Paul,

It will be a bit of a pain, but you might try creating a new Outlook
profile. Once you get the new profile created, set it as the default.
Then try to sync with Outlook again and see if that gets things working
for you.

Hi Paul,

Have you installed Windows Mobile Device Center? You did not mention
Windows Mobile Device Center anywhere in your post, so was wondering
if you have installed it. Windows Mobile Device Center is needed to
sync Outlook data with your device. You can install Windows Mobile
Device Center from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobi...icecenter.mspx.

Also, do you see a Windows Mobile Device Center icon under Control
Panel - Classic View? If yes, then would you be able to tell me what
comes up by clicking on the icon?

Thanks,
Abdulkadar

Good question. I'm experiencing the same situation as you. I've got a Qtek
S200 (WWE), Vista Business (EN) and Outlook 2007 (pt-BR). I am able to access
the PPC's file system and sync my Contacts, but it seems that the process
hangs when it starts to sync appointments.

And the most weird of all: mye Qtek HANGS during the synchronization in such
a way that I can only soft-reset it by removing the battery and waiting a
while.

I've never seen this before! Hope our fellow Microsoft specialists have
already detected the problem and are working at a solution.

Default Vista - OutLook 2007 - PPC2003SE - sync problems - partial syn

Looks like I have the same problem as Paul: Vista Ultimate, Windows Mobile
Device Center installed, only release versions, no beta. My Windows
Smartphone 2003 (Motorola MPx220) can sync to the Exchange server, but I
want to sync contacts and calendar to the local machine instead of directly
sync'ing with Exchange (because I want to filter by category). This doesn't
work, it just doesn't sync any calender or contact data. No error messages.
Same worked without problem with Outlook 2003 on XP.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Stefan
