My messages stay in the outbox. The date is listed as the date I sent them,
but they just wont send. When I click on the messages, It states that the
message has not been sent yet. I made sure my email was correct, and even
turned off my virus protection, and fire wall to see if it would go through.
I dont get any codes, they just sit in the outbox. Its killing me!!!!! This
is the first time I have used outlook. I dont even know if the system is
online. I have a cable high speed connection.


I have been all over this community site, and have tryed numerous things
with no headway.

what all have you tried? did you press F9? Are you getting any send and
receive errors?

Well, I just realized its giving me errors in the bottom right corner. Did
not notice those before. Heres what it tells me...

Task'www.yahoo.com (1) - Sending' reported error (0x80070057) : 'Could not
complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid.'

Task 'www.yahoo.com (1): Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error
(0x80070057) : 'An unknown error has occurred. Please save any existing work
and restart the program.'


I made sure my email is set up to the best of my knowlegde, and even added
outlook as an exception on the firewall. Does anyone know what I need to do?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
