Default Two Questions about Outlook 2007

1. Can Outlook 2007 be used as a news reader, like Outlook Express? If
it does, how would it be configured to do so?

2. Does Outlook 2007 create dedicated folder for each POP3 account, like
IMAP account?

Thanks.
