You can still get an endless mail loop when your OOF message bounces because
the other mailbox is full. You'll get a system notification (not an email from the original address) that the mailbox is full and thus and you'll send another OOF. As they are no-reply mailboxes you'll get another system notification and you generate yet another OOF. As I said before; your customer doesn't care that you are on holiday; the whereabouts of a single employee shouldn't affect the normal business processes. Delegating your work during your absense is the answer. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more ----- "Paul Womar" wrote in message ... Delegating your work during your absense is the answer. I think that depends a bit on the type of business you are running. Sometimes it isn't practical for another staff member to intercept your incoming emails while you are away. |
