I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 SP1 and Excel 2003 SP
I have a contact folder that has the zip code as a numeric field When I try to export the file into excel, the zip code exports as 0. If I erase the code in a file, it exports as nothing. If I import TEXT zip codes instead of NUMERIC into a contact folder, and then export the file it exports correctly. Obviously I need to change all the numeric zip codes in the outlook folder to text. Is there a way to do this? |
