Unable to customise Outlook

I use OL 2000 with Win 2000 and since d/l sp4 and other security updates I
am unable to customise my OL start page within OL. I believe there is a fix
for this problem using the registry.
Can anyone help.

Do you mean the Outlook Today page? See this:
