Outlook Contact and Outlook Calendar folders created in each n
Perhaps I have found the cause of the problem on the PC (could be the same
one or analogous for the other problems). In my DELL PC was pre-installed DELL MEDIA DIRECT (Dolby Laboratories). Every time that opened Outlook came made a refresh of the outlook contacts in "c:\MDT\MediaDirect\outlook contact\dcm.ct". Moreover for every "save as" of a outlook message, in the folder where it was saved the message came created the two directories. After uninstalled DELL MEDIA DIRECT the problem has been resolved. I hope this is useful in order to resolve also your problem. Regards dcm "dcm" wrote: I'm using Outlook 2003 (11.8118.8107 SP2) and am having the same problem. This is a new laptop with no add-ins. The two empty folders (Outlook Contact and Outlook Calendar) are created (not always) when I execute “saves as” command to store html version of a Outlook message. The two folder are stored in the same directory of the "saves as" command. any idea ? "dbh" wrote: I'm using Outlook 2007 and am having the same problem.
