Default Different Signitures for 'internal' emails

Hi

I realise I can I set up different signatures for original/reply
messages but can I do a similar thing for internal emails to colleagues
in the company I work for (we have the same email address) for both
original & reply messages.

Please be aware this message has been cross posted to relevant NG's on
this server to obtain the most accurate/quickest answers.
What is the difference between microsoft.public.outlook &
microsoft.public.outlook.general?

Thanks
Dave F.

You haven't stated your Outlook version. Outlook 2003 (and, I presume,
Outlook 2007) has a per-account signature feature. If you have one account
for internal mail and one for external mail, you can configure Outlook to
use a different default signature for each account.

Technically, m.p.outlook was supposed to be merely a container for the
newsgroups and not supposed to contain any messages of its own. In
practice, they really don't have much difference. Use .general for general
questions.
