Hi,
Outlook 2003 Autocomplete list is stored in the file *.nk2 (.nick is the extension of the file in Outlook 2000), where * would be the name of the Outlook Profile that is been used.. The default location for the .nk2 file is Drive:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. Hence the Autocomplete list can be either be deleted by using the delete key on your keyboard when the list is displayed or renaming the above mentioned ..nk2 file. Deleting the Cache or Cookies would actually not truncate the Autocomplete list. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318827 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287070 "Mike" wrote in message news ![]() Outlook 2003 and autocomplete... There are free utilities available which can manipulate the data in
your NK2 files. http://www.nk2.info http://code.google.com/p/debunk2/ (may require some python knowledge) http://www.ingressor.com/ingressor.htm (has a shareware/demo available) Regards, Josh Davis Developer, NK2.info http://www.nk2.info Arun Menon wrote: Hi, Outlook 2003 Autocomplete list is stored in the file *.nk2 (.nick is the extension of the file in Outlook 2000), where * would be the name of the Outlook Profile that is been used..
