I am unable to open Outlook when I am not connected to the network to view my

Yes and no, respectively. Why can't you open Outlook offline? Where is your .pst file stored? What error message do you get? And finally, the big one, what version of Outlook?????????

Sounds like you corrupted your profile somehow. Create a new profile under Control Panel-Mail Icon-Profiles-Add. Do not copy your old profile. Configure the new profile to re-use your current .pst file.

I setup another user on a new computer with the same results. I was notified
of this problem from two other users.
