Default rich text and attachment issues in Outlook 2003

basically I have this eu who call with this issue:

she uses richt text all the time to compose her emails, and when she
insert attachments, the attachments go to the subject field.
Now, recently she has been upgraded to MSOffice2003SP2, and now, the
attachments she inserts goes to the body of the email, instead of the
subject, as in the previous version she was using, and now, she doesn't
like the "new feature" of Outlook 2003.
is there a way to change that or even a link to microsoft.com were I
can show her that it is a default feature.

thks in advance.

As far as I remember, rich text has always inserted the attachment into the
body. Plain text and HTML insert the attachment to it's own attachment line.
If I'm mistaken, someone will correct me.
