Not able to open Outlook, recieving error
 

On one of our pc's, I am getting an error that states "Cannot start
microsoft outlook. Unable to display the selected folder or item. Could not
complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid." This
started hapenning after I created a new user on the pc. How can this be
resolved? Has anyone seen this before?
