Specifically I seem to be having a problem forwarding emails with attached
files from a hotmail account. I will send the message but then 5 minutes
later get this error message as below:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at vps1.am-hosting.co.uk.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

This says that the remote mail server your recipient is using is configured
to reject mail from the hotmail addres.

By the way, you should always change any real addresses in the material you
post in a newsgroup. You have guaranteed that the addresses you included
will be harvested and receive lots of SPAM and viruses.
