Default Outlook 2007 Mobile Services (SMS-Link) Problem

Hi,
We have developed and set up an Outlook 2007 Mobile Service layer and able
to send and receive Short Message Service messages (SMS's) through it. But
there is a problem in our situation, when a user sets up an mobile account
on his or her Outlook, a mobile address book is automatically generated
containing the contact items from the users contact book those having mobile
numbers, but there is no option/way for Exchange Global Address (GAL), when
the user tries to send an SMS Message by selecting recipients from GAL,
instead of Outlook Mobile Address Book. Outlook tries to send it as an email
even New Text Message is selected, on the other hand it should relay the
message to the Outlook Mobile Web Service.

We think the problem is related to the type of the Address books, Whenever a
GSM number selected out of the Mobile Address book (this can be local
contacts, Exchange GAL or etc.) Outlook tries to relay it as an email
message, but since there is GSM number on the TO section Outlook fails to
verify email address and automatically returns the following message without
sending it to the Outlook mobile web Service;

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: Outlook Mesaję
Sent: 04.01.2007 10:45
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
'ONUR BUYUKCAGLAR (5331234567)' on 04.01.2007 10:45
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

Is there any suggestions to this issue, or any workarounds?

Thanks in advance,
Onur Buyukcaglar

Note : We are using Exchange Server 2003 w/SP2
