Source edit in Outlook 2003

Hi,

In Outlook express you can select "View | Source Edit" from the message's
menu to see and edit the html-code by clicking on the "Source" tab at the
bottom of the window.

When you make an e-mail in Outlook 2003 with Word you can use the Microsoft
Script Editor to see and edit the html-code.

Is there a way to see and edit the html-code in a normal e-mail in Outlook
2003, without using Word and the Microsoft Script Editor?

Greetings Nees
