Mail Merge from Outlook to Word

I've successfully merged my contacts from Outlook to Word for mailing labels.
However, all the information is upside down. The zip code is first,
followed by the state, and then the city, the address, and then the contact
name. I've tried changing the data fields with no success. Can anybody help
me? Thanks.
