Why is the Multimedia Feature not available?
I wanted to look at the Multimeda Message.
I don't have the feature available on my Actions menu like described in the HELP. Why? Did my program not load properly? Is there an add-in I need to activate? -- Micki

What version of Outlook are you using and what type of email account are you

OUTLOOK 2007 and pop3 through a cable connection.
