how do you share office on a network

I have MS Office 2003 installed on the server with 3 clients running on a
wired router. Can I share this program so that the clients can run it?

To "share" office among several machines, you would need to run a terminal server (Windows Server required), use an Office Enterprise edition to set it up, and have a Client Access License for each machine that would be accessing Office from the TS.
