I created a custom contact form, which works fine on some computers, and not
on others - doesn't seem to matter who's logged in, as far as I can tell.
The form is published directly to the public contacts folder I wanna use it
in; all users have editor rights therein. Outlook 2003, SP2, in all cases

The message I get is: "The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use
an Outlook form instead. An error occurred registering the form in the OLE
registry."

I've tried deleting the frmcache.dat file - no joy.

I've used this same form with other clients, and it's been just fine. The
only thing different about this location is that they've just moved from a
workgroup to a domain w/Exchange and the PCs were not installed from the
ground up entirely by my own hands, so I can't say I know every single thing
about them. However, they seem to be perfectly functional otherwise. WinXP
Pro, if it makes any difference.

Googling didn't yield much in the way of help on this, so any expert advice
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
