I want to import my Outlook address book to my yahoo account and Comcast

simply cannot fine the address book file on my hard drive. Please tell me

In Outlook, all your data - Contacts, mail, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, etc. -
is kept in the same file, the Personal Folders file or PST, which can be
anywhere on your hard drive, but by default is in the hidden folder
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. Chances
are that Comcast wants you to export our contacts to a Comma-Separated
Values file (CSV) and then import from that. In Outlook, use FileImport
and ExportExport to a file.
