Calendar View - Can I Make It Easy?

All,

My sales team currently uses exchange - and would like to become more in
tune with each other's availability and what not. Currently, the only way to
view another's calendar is to go throught the steps of creating an
appointment, selecting members, then viewing which times are available.

Is there an add in that will allow you to view calendars without going
through the steps above? A quick view sort of thing?

Thanks in advance!

Chris

I have seen something u can do with sharepoint.
where you create a sharepoint site.
put you vacation time in that.
then, in outlook you can sync with sharepoint.
and there is a button that appears. to show or hide the vacation schedules
in outlook calendar.

If you have 2002 or 2003 there's a function built into Outlook called Group
Schedules. When in the Calendar, click the Group Schedules on the toolbar.
Then make a schedule of your team and from now on you can instantly see the
equivalent of the "dummy" appointment you've been using. It's a well hidden
function!!

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
