corrupted message locks outlook

Hello

I have a big problem.
I have a message that locks up my outlook. Unfortunately the
corrupted message is the first one and when outlook opens it
immediately locks.

If I could find a way to delete this message I know I would be good.
Any suggestions?

What version of Outlook are you using? Do you have an Exchange server? Is
