Default Group messages by conversation, missing in Outlook?

One of the main reasons I've not converted to Outlook 2003, is that OE6 has
a very nifty function called 'Group messages by conversation'. This gives
you a '+' sign in front of any conversation spanning several messages.

Is this function left out from Outlook 2003, or have I just not looked hard
enough for it?

Right-click the Subject header and choose "Group by this Field" or click
ViewArrange By and check Show in Groups and Subject.
