cannot open personal folder
im using outlook 2000-SP3
my Operating System was Windows NT SP6 cannot open my personal folder(1.2 GB size). i try to used scanpst to repair my personal folder. i want to know what are the cause of the problem why i cannot open my personal folder?

Have you tried using ScanPST multiple times? Sometimes you need to run it

there was no error message just the outlook hangs and not responding. it
because the pst was corrupted. i want to know what are the reason why the pst(Personal folder) corrupt? How do you know the PST was corrupt if there was no message? Try this: with Outlook closed, delete the file %AppData%\Microsof\Outlook\outcmd.dat. Then restart Outlook. What happens? -- Brian Tillman

I know that the pst was corrupt because i try to remove it on outlook
propertiesservices. and the outlook run smoothly. i try to open the personal folder on different computer and it outlook hangs.i try to fixed ut using scanpst.
