Current View: Hide Groups?

Is it possible to use "Group By" and optionally hide items based on the
group criteria?
What I am trying to do is group appointments by "Start" and "Subject",
and hide those groups that have only 1 item. (I'm dealing with a sync
problem that created multiple copies of appointments that are not exact
duplicates.)
